Spacious room, mini kitchen, helpful staff, ample parking, good breakfast, great location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel was conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping places.

We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and it was a pleasant experience. the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were also happy to know that breakfast was included in our reservation. the spread was good and we enjoyed filling up before heading out for the day. the hotel was situated in a strategic location with various eateries and mini-markets nearby. This made it easy for us to find places to eat and shop according to our preferences.

The so-called 'kitchenette' was disappointing as there were no cooking facilities, only a small sink and a counter. We were hoping for some equipment to cook with or at least a microwave.

The breakfast had a decent amount of options with fresh juices and local dishes. The location was convenient, we were able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The lobby was nicely decorated with a cozy atmosphere, perfect to sit and relax.

The room was outdated, the furniture was old and scratched. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Lovely surprise at Grand Setiabudi when we got a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with a breathtaking city view from the balcony on the 10th floor. The spacious room and comfortable sofa were perfect for relaxation. The housekeeping staff were responsive and kept the room tidy. Plus, the hotel's location near food vendors, restaurants, and a supermarket made it convenient for our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in north Bandung.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the room was spacious and very comfy. It felt like a home away from home. The staff was friendly, especially the guards and room boy who kept our room clean. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the pool was great, as well as the gym. The location was near factory outlets where we could shop for quality clothes at a cheaper price. Definitely a great hotel that offers great value for your money!

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to many popular attractions such as shopping centers, a factory outlet, and a range of food options. Guests can easily enjoy the city center and also benefit from the hotel's own facilities, such as spacious rooms and a nice swimming pool.

One aspect of the hotel needs improvement, as mentioned by some guests, is the breakfast quality which was described as not impressive.
